Confidential Medical Care

Confidential medical care is available for all enrolled students through the Brown University Health Services.

Emergency Medical Care ~ (401) 863-4111

Emergency medical care is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
In case of sudden illness or injury, call (401) 863-4111 for emergency medical care. Reasons to call EMS include, but are not limited to: diminished consciousness or mental confusion, difficulty breathing, major bleeding, obvious major injury, loss of consciousness or unresponsiveness, severe alcohol/other drug intoxication, and severe pain (of sudden onset, unknown cause or long duration)

Medical advice is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling (401) 863-1330.

Appointments ~ (401) 863-3953

You can be seen by appointment (often the same day). Call (401) 863-3953 to schedule an appointment.  The Health Services website contains additional information about appointments and the hours of service for different times of year.
