Enrollment Information
Registration is through our secure On-line process.
Once you have selected your classes or Study groups click on the Enroll Now (yellow button) and you will be taken to a login page that asks if you are a returning or a new student .Please click the appropriate button.
Creating your account takes just a few seconds and insures that you won't have to enter your personal information again the next time you visit us.
Registration and classroom assignments will be confirmed via email and will be posted on the web site. Classroom locations will NOT be mailed to you only sent via email.
Information regarding special instructions for classes, updates, cancellations, and classroom locations will be posted in the "Announcements" section of the web site and emailed to you.
Confirmation of registration should be presented to the instructor at the first meeting of the course.
Payments
Payment by credit card is fast, easy and secure through our website and is the preferred method of payment for the Continuing Studies courses at Brown.
However you may pay by check please following the procedures below:
1. After you have selected your course or study group and entered "Your Account "
2. Click on the Payment Option link (found in the horizontal blue bar)
3. Follow the directions you find there
Dropping or changing courses
In order to drop or add courses, you must complete the on-line Course Change form and submit. Course changes will NOT be accepted after the start of a course.
Refund Policy
Students who withdraw from a course before the first meeting of that course will receive a full refund of course fees. (The registration fee is non-refundable). To withdraw from a course, simply complete the Course Change Form or send a letter to us informing us of your intent to withdraw from the course.
No refunds will be issued after the first class meeting.
Terms and Conditions
Enrollment in the Brown Continuing Studies Program requires compliance with all University rules and regulations. Persons who have trespassed or otherwise excluded from the University campus are not eligible for enrollment.
The Office of Summer & Continuing Studies reserves the right to cancel any course. In the event of cancellation, full refunds will be granted (Registration fees are non-refundable). |
