Campus Life

Theatrebridge students live together in a Brown dormitory and take their meals in campus dining facilities. Brown University Theatre students live with them as Resident Advisors.

9:30 AM – 11:30 AM Movement
11:30 AM – 1:00 PM Lunch
1:00 PM – 2:00 PM Workshop Hour
2:00 PM – 6:00 PM Acting Improvisation/Text
6:00 PM – 7:30 PM Dinner
7:30 PM - 11:00 PM Rehearsal/New Works
11:00 PM - 12:00 AM Personal Time

Weekends

Teams of TheatreBridge students provide front-of-house support at performances of the Brown/Trinity Playwright’s Repertory Theatre periodically throughout the program, and that support sometimes requires that students make themselves available on a Saturday night.  Otherwise, unless special events or assignments are scheduled, students use weekend time for research, rehearsal and relaxation.  Resident students are discouraged from bringing automobiles to campus, as parking is not available.
