Payroll Office
THE PAYROLL OFFICE handles the processing and payment of all payrolls at Brown. This includes the Monthly, Semi-monthly, Weekly and Student payrolls. The office also has responsibility for transmission of taxes, filing of federal and state payroll reports, and the production of employee W-2 and 1042S forms. Any questions regarding these forms should be sent to Controller_Payroll@Brown.edu.
The Payroll Office is located on the second floor of the Brown Office Building (corner of Thayer and Angell Streets). The Payroll window is open at all times during normal University business hours.
