Greetings, Class of 2015!

Today is June 17, the deadline for completing the Academic Interests Questionnaire. You can fill out the form by going to http://www.brown.edu/college">http://www.brown.edu/college and clicking on "New Students."

Next Monday, June 20, is the last day to enter your course preferences in the first round of the CAP and First-Year Seminar lottery. Go to the same "New Students" link to access the lottery: http://www.brown.edu/college">http://www.brown.edu/college. If you didn't enter the lottery, don't despair; a second round will open next Friday, June 24.

* July 1 deadlines: Health History forms and Brown ID card photo *

July 1 is the deadline for submitting your health history forms and your Brown ID Card photo. For the health history forms and instructions, click here: http://brown.edu/orientation/planning/materials.php. To submit a photo for your Brown ID Card, log into the secure area of Banner (https://selfservice.brown.edu), click on the “Applicant and Student” section, and use the link for Brown ID Online Photo Submission. The instructions tell you what kind of photograph will be accepted and what to do if you run into trouble with online submission.

* AP scores for Advanced Placement *

If you wish to use AP scores to satisfy a course prerequisite, you must ask the College Board to send Brown your score(s) no later than July 15. If you took exams this May but did not list Brown as a score recipient on your registration answer sheet, or requested results prior to your commitment to attend Brown, or took exams prior to May 2011, you must ask the College Board to send a final and comprehensive AP score report to Brown.

* Code Tutorial *

Don't forget to fill out the online Academic & Student Conduct Codes tutorial that you were sent earlier this week. The tutorial contains important information about your life at Brown, both in and out of the classroom. The deadline isn't until August 19, but the sooner you complete the tutorial the fewer reminders we'll have to send you!
