Your Advisor
As a first-year student, you were assigned an academic advisor who served as your primary advising contact for the year. If you found this advising relationship rewarding, you probably opted to continue working with this advisor through your sophomore year. Some of you requested a change in advisor for this year, or were matched with one of the Randall advisors.
If you have not already done so, schedule a meeting with your advisor to discuss your academic plans for this semester and the next. Download the Talking Points for Sophomores at right, and use these to think about what you want to discuss with your advisor.
If you do not know who your advisor is, or if you would like to change advisors, drop by University Hall or Advising Central to speak with an academic dean or a Randall advisor during open hours. We will be happy to help you identify potential advisors.
