Advising Central

Advising Central is an inviting new space for undergraduate academic advising at Brown. Located on the second floor of J. Walter Wilson, the space allows students to get to know faculty, discuss academic plans, expand individual networks of support and connect with academic advisors.

Students can drop in any weekday afternoon for open hours and to interact informally with advisors over coffee or tea. Click on the tabs at left to find out who is in Advising Central when.

Events

Students can also dine with faculty advisors and deans at Sharpe Refectory and at Faculty Fellow houses. These occasions are available on a first-come first-serve basis, so check this site often for upcoming events. Email Tiara_Silva@brown.edu to reserve a spot. You will receive an email confirmation about one week before the event.
