BROWN is GREEN!
In an effort to support our paperless initiative “Brown is Green”, the Bursar Office will discontinue the printing of student account statements for all students beginning in MARCH 2010.
Want to be "Green" now?
Log into your account on-line at http://payment.brown.edu and select the “My Profiles” tab. Select the “No” option button at the question “Send me a paper bill for Student Account”. Save Changes and you are set to go! Once you have selected this option, you will no longer receive paper statements; all future statements will be available at http://payment.brown.edu (including an email when available) and at http://selfservice.brown.edu.
Billing Schedule
Student Account Statements are mailed on the 15th of each month.
As of March 2010, the Bursar Office will no longer be mailing statements.
If the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday, the Student Account Statements are mailed on the following business day.
On the monthly statement date, each student and his/her authorized user(s) will be sent an email notification that a new statement is available online.
Online Bill Presentment and Payment
Student Account Statements are now available online at https://payment.brown.edu
To access your information online, log on to https://payment.brown.edu and enter the user id and password that you currently use to access Banner Self-Service. Students and authorized users (parents, guardians, grandparents, etc) are able to view current and prior month statements and current balance information and make payments online.
Electronic payments may be scheduled for immediate processing or for a future date. Online payments may be made via U.S. personal checking/saving accounts only. Commercial or International accounts are not accepted. Credit/Debit cards are not accepted.
