Loan Cancellation Authorization
Under certain conditions borrowers of federal Perkins loans may have eligibility for portions of their loan(s) to be cancelled (refer to the cancellation terms on your promissory note). To apply for cancellation, borrowers must complete the "Borrower Certification" section and have their employer complete the "Employer Certification" section.
