Teacher Cancellation Authorization
Borrowers of federal Perkins loans, who are teaching full-time in an eligible school system or in teacher shortage areas, may be eligible for a portion of their loan(s) to be cancelled (refer to the cancellation terms on your promissory note). To apply for cancellation, borrowers must complete the "Borrower Certification" section and have a school official complete the "School Certification" section.
