Overview
Employee Programs at Brown University recognize employees for their dedication and for their contributions in making Brown a better place to work, learn, and conduct research. Programs are held throughout the year in support of the following goals:
- To inspire and recognize excellence and showcase standards of performance that reflect the values of Brown University
- To celebrate accomplishments that reflect sustained, superior performance and contribute to the mission of the University and the Plan for Academic Enrichment
- To create a culture of appreciation and foster a sense of community
- To recognize and celebrate the dedication and committment of Brown University staff
