Carol J. Grant

Carol J. Grant is the vice president of Human Resources for Textron Inc, a global multi-industry company with more than $9 billion in revenues. From 1983 to 1997, Grant was employed by NYNEX, where she has held a number of posts including litigation attorney in Boston, vice president and general counsel of a NYNEX subsidiary, and vice president for NYNEX-Rhode Island. Prior to joining NYNEX, Grant worked in the civil litigation section of the Boston-based law firm, Herrick & Smith. In the community, she serves as the chair of the Greater Providence Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the state's Economic Policy Council.
