Superintendent search committee to hold three community meetings

News directors and station managers: The Search Committee for the new Superintendent of Providence Public Schools asks your help in notifying residents about the following community meetings. Community announcement (about 30 seconds)

The search for a new superintendent of Providence public schools continues with three open meetings designed to gather community views. These meetings will run from 7 to 9 p.m. on:

• Tuesday, March 23rd, at Oliver Hazard Perry Middle School, 370 Hartford Ave.
• Wednesday, March 24th, at Nathanael Greene Middle School, 721 Chalkstone Ave.
• Thursday, March 25th, at Roger Williams Middle School, 278 Thurbers Ave.

Interpreters for American Sign Language, Spanish, and other spoken languages will be available at each meeting, and members of the audience can fill out a survey about the future of Providence public schools. Everyone is welcome. That's

El comite de busqueda del nuevo superintendente para las escuelas publicas de Providence (The Providence Public Schools Superintendent Search) tiene tres reuniones publicas muy importantes donde se le pedira a la comunidad su opinion sobre el proceso de busqueda del superintendente. Estas reuniones se llevaran a cabo de 7 a 9 de la noche durante las siguientes fechas:

• Martes 23 de marzo en Oliver Hazard Parry Middle School, 370 Hartford Ave.
• Miercoles 24 de marzo en Nathanael Greene Middle School, 721 Chalkstone Ave.

En todas las reuniones tendremos interpretes de American Sign Language, espanol, y otros idiomas. Por favor asista a la reunion que desee. En cada reunion, se le pedira a los asistentes que rellenen un questionario y que expresen su opinion sobre el futuro de las escuelas publicas de Providence. Necesitamos que toda la comunidad contribuya a la educacion de los ninos de Providence asi que le pedimos a todos que participen en estas reuniones.
