Brown University will present a review of its Institutional Master Plan, including the University’s role in the Thayer Street Improvement District, to all members of the Brown Community on Wednesday, March 1, 2006. The meeting will be held at Brown Hillel, the Glenn and Darcy Weiner Hillel Center for Jewish Life, from 5 to 7 p.m.

PROVIDENCE, R.I. — Brown University will host another review of the University’s Master Plan for members of the community, following up on the previous review held in December. The presentation will be held in the Winnick Chapel of Brown Hillel, the Glenn and Darcy Weiner Hillel Center for Jewish Life, at 80 Brown St. The discussion will include an update on the submission and review process for the Institutional Master Plan, as well as parking and traffic issues and the Thayer Street Improvement District.

The Institutional Master Plan will detail the university’s long-range construction and expansion goals as they relate to its surrounding community. Representatives from Brown’s Facilities Management Office will be in attendance to assist in the discussion. The event is free and open to the public.
