Purpose
The Office of Faculty Ombudsperson exists to promote the well-being and mission of the faculty, postdoctoral research fellows and associates, and the University. The Office is committed to standards of behavior that are respectful and just. It endeavors to insure that all faculty members and postdocs are treated fairly and equitably, by facilitating communication, understanding, conflict resolution and change.
