At Brown, we believe that physical activity is a way of life. Benefits of regular physical activity may include:

Follow these steps to get started:
- 1. Become a Recreation Member. (Brown & RISD students free with Brown ID)
- 2. Register for the Group Fitness Pass.
- 3. Swipe-in with Brown ID at the Welcome Center. The Welcome Center Specialist will issue a NEW wristband for the class you are attending.
