Brown's Second Africana Film Festival brings to Providence the latest and greatest in cinema from around the African Diaspora.

Seventeen screenings will be held over five days, from April 13-17 2005, at the Cable Car Cinema, 204 South Main Street, Providence. (401)272-3970

Fifteen films from Africana filmmakers will be shown: Algeria, Burkina Faso, Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Great Britain, Guinea Bissau, Nigeria, Senegal, South Africa, United States.
