- Tender Squid Rings and Tentacles lightly fried and tossed with Pepperoncini Rings and Garlic Butter.
- Heirloom Tomato Caprese Salad
- Sliced Tomatoes, fresh Mozzarella Cheese, Basil Leaves and a Balsamic Vinegar Reduction.

- Baby Lettuces, English Cucumbers, Cherry Tomatoes, Bell Peppers and Carrot ribbons with your choice of dressing. Or add Goat Cheese or French Brie.

- Classic salad of Romaine, shaved Parmigiano Reggiano and seasoned Foccacia Croutons tossed in our house made dressing.

- Grilled Chili Lime Arctic Char
- Topped with a Cilantro and Cherry Tomato Salsa.
- Grilled New York Strip Steak
- 10 ounce New York Strip topped with a Blue Cheese and Caramelized Shallot Butter.
- Baked Stuffed Soft Shell Crab
- Stuffed with Lump Crab Meat with a touch of Bread Crumb and Parsley Finished with a Lemon Beurre Blanc.
- Pan Seared Neiman Ranch Pork Loin
- Topped with Sautéed Peaches and Crispy Sweet Potato Sticks.
- Goat Cheese and Roasted Garlic Stuffed Chicken Breast
- Finished with a Fresh Basil Pesto.
- Orecchiette Pasta
- With Roasted Peppers, Baby Arugula and Cherry Tomatoes Finished with shaved Parmesan Cheese.

- Entrees include appropriate seasonal starch and vegetables, garlic crusted Italian bread, whipped butter and extra virgin olive oil.
