Crystal made her first appearance at the Brown/Trinity Playwrights Rep in Stephen Karam's Girl on Girl and Brighde Mullins's Those Who Can, Do. In the 2006 season she had the chance to work with Stephen again in Speech and Debate, and also with Paul Grellong in his play Power of Sail. Crystal was a student at the Brown/Trinity Consortium where she graduated in 2007. New York credits include, Five Genocides (Clubbed Thumb), What Happened To Bill Viola (Ars Nova), Julius By Design (Fulcrum), Brack's Last Bachelor Party, Crime and Punishment, and the new Tina Howe play Some Women in Their Thirties Simply Start To Fall, all at 59E59 Theaters. She has worked regionally at Two River Theater, Merrimack Repertory Theater, Trinity Repertory Theater, Illinois Shakespeare Festival, Foothill Theater, and Dorset Theater. Her new Solo show Becoming Liv Ullmann will be performed in the upcoming EAT festival for emerging artists. She is a member of Partial Comfort Theater.
