Lower medical personnel has only feminine grammatical forms in Czech: zdravotní sestra = nurse; zdravotní bratr is next to impossible and is most likely to be used as a joke; the same applies to porodní dědek. Porodní baba is a grandmother and/or old woman who helps with childbirth; porodní dědek is an artificially created name based on the pattern of masculine - feminine gender oppositions.
