Brown University Events for Focus the Nation
Focus the Nation is a national teach-in engaging millions of students and citizens with political leaders and decision makers about global warming solutions. Many Brown University professors will include modules, guest speakers, discussions, and panels on topics related to climate change as part of their regular teaching during the week of January 28 - Febuary 1. In addition, several large public events are planned. Brown University's participation in Focus the Nation is being organized by the student environmental group EmPOWER. For questions regarding the panels or the Ecofair, please contact Danielle Dahan at 617-519-1060.
Visit the Focus the Nation web site for more information about the national initiative. Information will be added to this listing as the week approaches. Please check back often for updated information.
