Biography
My work is focused on the interdisciplinary investigation of terrestrial ecosystems. I combine ecology, biogeochemistry, and geology to ask how our living planet works, what humans are doing to alter those functions, and what the consequences will be for us, and for the ecosystems upon which we depend.
