Resources for Teachers
The Writing Center is open to Brown teachers as well as students. Teachers are welcome and invited to bring drafts of their own writing or work for course websites, handouts, syllabi, etc. for reading and criticism from our staff.
General Resources contains a section on Lessons and Tools, containing help on materials, syllabi, and grading; a section on research; one on rhetoric, and one on technology.
The Special Students section has resources for teaching students with learning disabilities, ESL/ESOL students, and students with sensory impairments.
Finally, the Sites and Services section contains links to writing centers at other universities, departments at Brown, publications, and services and programs at Brown.
