Introducing the Ratty Recipe Repository!

Do you have a delicious dish you love to create with ingredients from the Ratty? Want to share your creation? Submit your recipe for inclusion in the new Ratty Recipe Repository! Recipes must follow all submission guidelines below:

1. Students must submit recipes for approval to Gina Guiducci, BDS Dietician, by email at gina_guiducci@brown.edu

2. Recipes must be typed in a Word document (times new roman font and font size 12) and must include the student’s name, class, contact information, and date of creation (Date of creation is important so that we can determine during which dining hall cycle the recipe’s components are served in the Refectory).

3. If recipe is vegetarian or vegan and you want this to be highlighted on the menu, please list as vegetarian or vegan.

4. Recipes must include the exact menu components, amounts of each ingredient and instructions for creating the recipe. Creative recipe names are encouraged!

5. Recipes that are submitted will not be guaranteed inclusion in the recipe book.
