LOST OR DAMAGED CARDS
If a Brown Card is lost or stolen, it should immediately be reported to the Brown Card Office at (401) 863-2273 during business hours or to Public Safety at (401) 863-3322 during non-business hours to deny building access. If reported during business hours the Brown Card Office, with positive proof of identification will immediately replace the card. Lost cards and cards deliberately damaged or damaged through negligence will be replaced at a fee of $20.
