Staff can apply for transfers and/or promotions through the general hiring process. While employees are encouraged to remain in a position for one year to build a record of good work performance, they may apply for opportunities through Brown's online employment system at any point. It's important to note that employees who are transferred or promoted through this process will serve a new probationary period.
