The objective of the Brown International Advanced Research Institutes program is to provide an opportunity for promising young faculty from the Global South and emerging economies to engage in a high level, sustained intellectual dialogue with leading scholars in their fields and each other. Institutes foster scholarly networks among young faculty, while providing a platform to develop their scholarship agendas. This program is designed to provide professional development opportunities for young scholars embarking on careers in research and teaching.
