After last week's successful "mindful lunch" meditation workshop, the Staff Advisory Council and the Contemplative Studies Initiative are fortunate to have the opportunity to host one more staff-only meditation workshop with Shinzen Young. The workshop will be held Thursday, March 14, from 5:00-7:00 p.m. in Wilson 305. Registration is limited to 40 participants, so reserve your spot now!
