Intramural Sports Supervisor
An Intramural Sports Supervisor will be responsible for communication with Intramural Sports Coordinator on potential or present problems, concerns and needs along with sharing suggestions and ideas with the support staff.
Assist with the organization and administration of the leagues and tournaments through their daily responsibilities.
Responsible for knowing events and activities held in the Athletic Center during scheduled work shift.

Summer Student Caller (May and June only)
• Call parents, alumni, and friends of Brown to educate them about Brown's current needs and solicit their financial support of the University • Act as a representative of the University, strengthening relationships between Brown and its constituents • Help the University meet its financial goals and increase the number of people participating as donors • Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment •
Summer calling starts in early May and continues through June 30th.
The available shift are:
Sunday: 2-5:30pm

Thursday: 6-9:30pm
You must work at least 2 shifts a week but you can work as many as you would like.

First Generation Student Initiative Coordinator
The primary role of the First-Generation Student Initiative Coordinator involves planning and executing events designed for the First-Gen community. In order to facilitate communication and schedule events effectively, the coordinator must work closely with the Sidney Frank Scholars Program, the $ocial Classmates Program, and First-Gen student groups.
Additional duties of the First Generation Student Initiative Coordinator include:
-attending a mandatory Spring and Fall training
-attending mandatory monthly meetings with all TWC staff.
-creation of a planning binder to help with future event planning.
-organizing and overseeing the execution of projects under the supervision of the TWC’s Assistant Director for Co-Curricular Initiatives
-providing support to the TWC in the student staff recruitment process.
-assisting TWC staff and other programmers in the work of the Center.
Asian American Student Initiative Coordinator (PAC)
Asian American Student Initiative Coordinator --
The Asian American Student Initiative coordinator takes a leading role in the “Pan Asian Council” (PAC). By bringing together the various Asian & Asian American groups on campus, this umbrella group ensures effective communication and collaboration. In addition to being aware of community needs and communicating those needs to the administration, the Asian American Student Initiative coordinator also maintains a close relationship with Asian/Asian American Alumni (specifically, the Asian/Asian American Alumni Alliance (A4)).
Responsibilities include:
-Drafting PAC’s weekly newsletter
-Planning and organizing monthly PAC meetings, and striving for attendance from all PAC groups
-Maintaining a current list of all the leaders in the various PAC organizations
-Fostering collaboration and communication between the various groups within PAC and with PAC and outside groups
-Planning and executing an annual PAC retreat in the fall semester.
-Organizing the November A4 retreat and other events during A4 homecoming weekend.
-Aiding PAC groups in event planning and in the promotion of their events.
Reaching out to the greater Pan-Asian community.
Black Student Initiative Coordinator
The Black Student Initiative Coordinator fosters community among the various Black student groups on campus. In addition to being aware of community needs and communicating those needs to the administration, the Black Student Initiative coordinator maintains a close relationship with Black Alumni (specifically, the Inman Page Black Alumni Council (IPC)). The Black Student Initiative coordinators spearhead the ONYX society in order to plan ONYX, an annual rites of passage ceremony that celebrates the transition from Black student to Black Alumni.
Responsibilities include:
Planning and organizing BlackBoard Initiative meetings (Coordinators periodically invite student leaders from the various Black student groups on campus to come together and discuss the potential for collective action.)
Maintaining a current list of all the leaders in the various Black student organizations.
Planning and executing ONYX.
Aiding the Black Heritage series in event planning and in the promotion of their events.
Reaching out to the greater Black community.
Student Office Assistant
The Classics Department is looking for an enthusiastic and conscientious undergraduate Student Office Assistant. This position will require a minimum of 5-8 hours per week within a set schedule. There is a possibility of staying on for next academic year. As a student administrative worker, you will be integrated into many important facets of department life.
The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
•Completing a diverse number of projects as assigned by administrative staff and faculty
•Assisting with front office operations: answering phones, greeting visitors, photocopying, filing, data entry and mailings, etc.
