Employer Handbook

The Employer Handbook includes information to clarify federal rules and regulations, as well as Brown's policies and procedures for student employment. The handbook details federal regulations, hiring and payroll processes, information on posting jobs and managing applications, as well as tips and guidelines for interviewing, selecting, and supervising your student employee(s). 

The handbook also includes information on the responsibilities of student employees and supervisors of student workers. Student employees and supervisors will be held to the standards outlined in this handbook; including submission and approval of hours worked within a timely manner. Failure to follow revised procedures may result in disciplinary action for both student employees and supervisors.
