Brown’s parking facilities, administered by the Transportation Office, are available to active employees, emeriti, graduate and medical students, and a limited number of junior and senior undergraduates. Permits for visitors and contractors are also available based on availability.

A valid parking permit is required at all times in any Brown University parking lot. There is no open campus parking after 5:00 pm or on weekends, holidays, etc. Parking policies will be strictly enforced.

At the current time, all faculty and staff daytime parking lots are fully assigned. Faculty and staff may add themselves to lot waitlists via the ParkAdmin Online Parking System.

Those who park at Brown do so at their own risk and subject to the University’s Parking Rules and Regulations.

The University reserves the right to change the parking rules, regulations, policies, parking rates, and parking violations and penalties at anytime without notice.
