Changes in the Knowledge District, including the recent opening of the Warren Alpert Medical School, along with other community transportation needs necessitated the review of all safeRIDE shuttle and related services by the Transportation Office. An extensive analysis was conducted with the assistance of a transportation consultant and our shuttle vendor looking at all aspects of current operations including ridership, stop location, logistics, and customer service.
