Professor Suchman wins 2013 CIS Teaching with Technology Award

Professor Mark Suchman won the Showcase Award as part of the 2013 CIS Teaching with Technology Awards for SOC 1311: Micro-Organizational Theory: Social Behavior in Organizations.  The Teaching With Techonology Award Review committee recognizes the work of instructors who consistently use technology effectively and continue to adapt innovative methods of teaching in an ever changing learning environment.  The Teaching with Technology Award is sponsored by the Dean of the College, the Sheridan Cen

Serrano Named 2013 Econometrics Society Fellow

Roberto Serrano:
Roberto Serrano, the Harrison S. Kravis University Professor of Economics and chair of the Department of Economics, has been named a fellow of the Econometric Society. The organization is an international society for the advancement of economic theory in its relation to statistics and mathematics. The society publishes the journals Econometrica, Quantitative Economics, and Theoretical Economics, as well as a research monograph series.
