Ashley Greene serves as the Program Director for the College Advising Corps, which seeks to increase the number of low-income, first-generation college and underrepresented students who enter and complete higher education.

Ashley served two terms with the College Advising Corps at Dr. Jorge Alvarez High School in Providence before joining the staff of Year Up - Providence, a one-year, intensive career training program for low-income young adults, where she served in a variety of positions driving the admissions and recruitment strategy for the organization, and managing their dual-enrollment program with the Community College of Rhode Island. She is also a member of the Board of Commissioners for Serve Rhode Island, the Rhode Island State Commission for National and Community Service. 

Originally from Jamaica, Ashley earned her bachelor's degree in Archeology and Egyptology from Brown University.
