Grant Opportunities:
Fitt Artsist in Residence:
The CAC awards a maximum of $10,000 to Brown faculty in support of artist residencies of one week or longer for the 2013-2014 academic year.  Proposals should support an artist distinguished in his/her field, willing to spend a large portion of the residency interacting with students, through workshops, master classes, etc. Interested applicants may submit a letter of interest to the Creative Arts Council Grant Review committee, c/o Chira_Delsesto@brown.edu, between February 1 - 11.  Once the Letter of Intent is received, you will be given the formal application.  We strongly encourage all faculty wishing to submit a grant request to meet with your Department Managers before submitting a request to review department calendars and budget.  Please note this is the only opportunity to apply for residency funds for the 2013-2014 academic year.
