Registration

All researchers must register and submit two forms of photographic identification, one of which must be government-issued, such as a driver's license or passport with a photograph. Researchers must re-register with updated identification yearly.

Students and unaffiliated researchers must also provide written endorsement of their project from an academic faculty member.  Endorsements should be issued from an institutional email address or printed on institutional letterhead and may be presented upon arrival at the Library or sent in advance to the Reference Librarian.  The Library reserves the right to verify references before permitting access to the collection and to refuse access when circumstances require.
