Peter Gizzi’s books include Some Values of Landscape and Weather, Artificial Heart, and Periplum and Other Poems 1987 – 1992, He is also the editor of The House That Jack Built: The Collected Lectures of Jack Spicer. In 2005 he was awarded a fellowship in poetry from the John Simon Guggenheim Memorial Foundation.
