BiographyROLAND CLAYTON MERCHANT, MD, MPH, ScD is an Attending Physician in the Emergency Departments at Rhode Island Hospital and Hasbro Children's Hospital. Dr. Merchant has a Masters degree in Public Health (Quantitative methods) and a doctorate in epidemiology from the Harvard School of Public Health.
