Dr. Kroumpouzos graduated from the Athens University School of Medicine, where he then completed a doctoral thesis on lupus erythematosus. He then pursued research fellowships in dermatology and molecular biology at the Department of Dermatology, The Free University of Berlin and National Cancer Institute, NIH prior to starting a dermatology training at Boston and Tufts Universities. Dr. Kroumpouzos has served on the Faculty at Harvard Medical School and Brown Medical School. His clinical and research interests include skin disease in pregnancy and gynecologic dermatology, disorders of pigmentation, adverse drug reactions, lupus erythematosus and melanoma.
