Registration and Student Records

The Office of Records and Registration at Brown University's Alpert Medical School manages and maintains the academic records for enrolled and graduated students.  The office is responsible for all enrollment statistics, registrations, grades, verification of attendance, processing status change requests and management of student records.

Services for current students include:

• Course registration and grade entry
• Processing time away requests and tuition adjustments
• Verification of enrollment
• Managing training compliance records
• Maintenance of student information systems (Oasis, EMSR, SRS)
• Certification of student status for loan deferments
• Certification of graduation requirements

Services for alumni include:

• Diploma translation
• Licensing
• Verification of graduation
