Listed below are rooms available to reserve at the medical school.  You can view an individual room's availability by clicking on its name.  Before submitting your request, please check room availability and the curriculum and event calendars to avoid any conflicts with student events.

Members of the Brown community can request a room using our online AMS Reservation Request Form.  You will need a Brown username and password in order to submit a room request. If you do not have log-in access please contact - Julie_Jewett@brown.edu, Event Coordinator, to request a room at the medical school.

If this is a Continuing Medical Education event, or you would like to explore that possibility, please contact the CME office at CME@brown.edu.

Note - rooms in the Clinical Skills Suite can be requested via a separate Reservation Request Form.
