When do I receive a call-in number?
A call-in number is not required in order to view the webcast. Simply login to amms.oshean.org
with your email and password and click on the webinar you’d like to view.
Please note that Silverlight must be installed.
Why do I need to install Silverlight?
Silverlight is a free plug-in that’s compatible with multiple browsers, devices and operating
systems. This plug-in allows the live video stream to be viewable on your computer and is required.
How do I receive my certificate?
After watching the entire webinar, you must pass the post-test and complete the survey to be
awarded your certificate. In some instances, nursing credit is awarded, at which point you’ll watch the entire webinar and then complete the nursing survey.
Why do I receive a “Page cannot be displayed” error when I click on the link?
If you receive this error, try logging in with a different internet browser (i.e. Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari, Opera, etc.)
What happens if I forget I username or password?
Please call the CME Office at 401-863-2871 or email CME@brown.edu to have your username/password reset.
Why can't I view the webcasts on my mobile device (i.e. phone, tablet, e-reader)?
These videos are not yet compatible with mobile devices.
Where do I find the post-test?
At amms.oshean.org, please scroll to the bottom of the page where you’ll come to a section that says “User Evaluation.” A tab will say “Tests” and this is where you will find the post-test named after your webinar. Please see below for a screenshot of when you first log in and in the Brown CME Category.


Where do I find the survey?
