How to be an Informed, Candid, and Compassionate Career Counselor for Medical Students

DESCRIPTION: This session will focus on current best practices for the career advising of medical students. Participants will discuss common myths about specialty areas and the residency application process, as well as how to best advise both competitive candidates and students who face application challenges. Participants will learn about up-to-date resources to inform career counseling.
