Tillinghast Farm, 231 Nayatt Road, Barrington, RI--Discover Brown Med's BEST Study Break Hangout:  RISD Beach.  Students will be carpooling from the Richmond Street entrance of the Medical School Building, meeting at 2:00 PM--returning whenever!  Unofficially dubbed "RISD Beach" by the Brown Med crowd, for years, this hallowed hangout provides great views of Narragansett Bay--ideal conditions for kiteboarding/windsurfing, and the occasional pick-up game of ultimate frisbee.  Upper years will be invited to join.  Bring along any and all beach stuff you have...the suit, the board (cannot promise waves), and the frisbee.  Contact for this event:  Rob Heinl, MD '15 (401-529-8701) or Robert_Heinl@brown.edu.  Rob has four extra spots in his car and is happy to pick up (and shuttle back) anyone who feels they need a ride.  If you have your own car, you are more than welcome to follow Rob to this 10-minute drive from the Medical School.  Call or email Rob a few days prior to the event if you'll need a ride and he'll do his best to hook you up with a ride.

8:00 PM
