2:30 PM

Tillinghast Farm, 231 Nayatt Road, Barrington, RI--Discover Brown Med's BEST Study Break Hangout:  RISD Beach!  Unofficially dubbed "RISD Beach" by the Brown Med Crowd, for years, this hallowed hangout provides great views of Narragansett Bay--ideal conditions for kiteboarding and windsurfing, as well as the occasional pick-up game of ultimate Frisbee.  Upper class years will be invited to join and the plan is to leave Providence around 2:30 PM, returning whenever!  Bring along any and all beach stuff you have...the suit, the sunscreen, and the Frisbee.

Contacts for this event:  Sanchita Singal, MD '17 (Sanchita_Singal@brown.edu) and David Corner, MD '17 (David_Corner@brown.edu).  If you want to carpool to RISD Beach but are having trouble finding a ride, contact Sanchita a few days prior to the event and she'll help you find a ride.  If you're interested in getting to RISD Beach by biking there via the East Bay Bike Path, contact David--it's an 11-mile ride and he's happy to guide the way.
