PSTC will offer a three-hour workshop on reproducible research/version control/Git. The team at Brown's CCV (Center for Computation and Visualization) will offer the workshop, covering topics relevant to scientific rigor and reproducibility. For example: workflow (project planning, documentation, organization); version control (GitHub, production of replicable results, data archiving); and coding practice (documentation, code format/convention, etc). Hands-on examples will be offered in both R and Python, and they can also provide resources in Stata after the workshop. Please RSVP HERE if you plan to attend. Lunch will be provided.
