Professor Valerie Cooley Awarded Presidential Faculty Fellowship

Valerie Cooley teaching Introduction to Public Policy:

Taubman lecturer Valerie Cooley has been awarded a Presidential Faculty Fellowship from Rhode Island Campus Compact. The fellowship program provides funds to college educators to foster civic and community engagement beyond the classroom. Cooley will pilot a state budgetary analysis as part of this spring’s Introduction to Public Policy class.

Taubman Center MPA Students Present Analysis to Town of Narragansett

Master of Public Affairs students Graham Sheridan '14 and Adolfo Bailon '14 will present results from their study of the Town of Narragansett’s vehicle maintenance program to the Narragansett Town Council on Monday, September 16 at 6:30 p.m. The second-year MPA students were commissioned by the Council to conduct the study this past summer.
