Margaret Namulyanga is from Uganda, where she has been working with a Non-Governmental Organization, Communication for Development Foundation Uganda, as a Development Officer and Lead writer for the Radio Serial Drama Rock Point 256. She holds a BA Drama from Makerere University where she conducted research on The Appreciation of Sexuality Among Performing Artists. She also critiqued the Portrayal of Female Characters in two of William Shakespeare’s texts; Romeo and Juliet and Othello. She directed Clifford Oddet’s Waiting for Lefty. She practiced Theatre as an actress in plays that were on the Ugandan Education curriculum.
