~ Soups and Starters ~

SOUP OF THE DAY. Each day our Executive Chef creates a different soup using the freshest available ingredients. Ask your server for today's selection.

NEW ENGLAND CLAM CHOWDER. A classic combination of Clams, Potatoes and Onions in a hearty cream broth.

VEGETARIAN FRENCH ONION SOUP. Prepared with Spanish and Bermuda Onions and Roasted Garlic served with a Parmesan Crouton and topped with melted Swiss and Provolone Cheese.

~ Salads ~

CHILLED POACHED SALMON Flakey Poached Salmon topped with Sliced Strawberries, Feta Cheese and Walnuts over Mixed Field Greens with a side of our own Low Fat Mixed Berry Dressing.

SUMMER TOMATO and MOZZARELLA CAPRESE.  Sliced Local, Organic Tomatoes, Fresh Mozzarella and Basil served on a bed of Mixed Baby Greens, drizzled with Reduced Balsamic Vinegar. Served with a side of our own Balsamic Vinaigrette. 

PORTUGUESE TUNA SALAD. Albacore Tuna, Red Potato, Green Olive, Chickpeas, Onion and Parsley tossed with a Red Wine and Extra Virgin Olive Oil Vinaigrette over Romaine.

CAESAR SALAD. Crisp Romaine tossed with our own Caesar dressing, Focaccia Croutons and shaved Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese with your choice of grilled Chicken or grilled Portabella Mushroom.

WELLNESS SALAD. Wheat Berry, Quinoa, Black Beans, Roasted Local Corn, Cilantro and Organic Cherry Tomatoes in a Lime and Vermont Maple dressing served over Arcadian Fields Spciy Greens. 

LIGHTER – FARE SALAD PLATE. A medley of fresh fruits with a choice of Cottage Cheese, Yogurt or Sorbet.

Add French Brie, house made Albacore Tuna Salad or Grilled Chicken to any salad!

~ Our Gourmet Sandwiches ~

BROWN BURGER. Eight ounces of ground Angus Beef charbroiled and served on a toasted Kaiser roll with our own burger sauce, served with Club Fries, Romaine, and Tomato. Or Inquire About Adding: Bacon, Avocado, Cheese, Mushrooms, or Caramelized Onions.

GRILLED PESTO CHICKEN And BRIE SANDWICH. Freshly Made Basil Pesto Marinated Chicken Breast, Melted Brie Cheese,  Grilled Summer Peaches, Baby Spinach and an Herb Aioli on grilled Multi Grain Bread.

TURKEY and HEIRLOOM TOMATO PANINI. Thinly sliced Roast Turkey Breast with Arcadian Fields Organic Heirloom Tomatoes and a Parmesan Basil Spread on French Bread.

GRILLED CREOLE SALMON. With sliced Avocado, crisp Romaine, sliced Tomato and a touch of Mayonnaise served on toasted Foccaccia Bread.

VEGETARIAN REUBEN. Grilled Local Summer Squashes and Eggplant with Sauerkraut, Swiss Cheese and 1000 Island Dressing on Marble Rye Bread. 

GRILLED PORTOBELLO AND GOAT CHEESE. With Bell Peppers, Zucchini, Baby Spinach, Basil and Parsley served on Grilled Multi Grain Bread.

CUP OF SOUP AND HALF SANDWICH. Enjoy a cup of any of our freshly prepared soups and half of any sandwich. (Brown Burger not included.) 

All our gourmet sandwiches are served with your choice of Club Fries, fresh fruit or Wild Field Greens, unless otherwise noted.

Community HarvestTry a glass of our delicious Lemonade or Starbuck's Iced Tea!  Our sandwiches are served on a variety of freshly baked whole grain breads from local Providence bakeries.  Our garden salads are created with only the freshest ingredients. When in season, we purchase from Arcadian Field Farm and many other local vendors.
