Recognizing Excellence in Faculty Advising for Life After Brown

The Nathalie Rutherfurd Pierrepont ’07 Prize for Leadership, Career Advice, and Motivation is awarded each year by CareerLAB to a member of the faculty who has provided exceptional guidance and support to students for their plans for life after Brown. Any student may nominate a member of the faculty for the Pierrepont Prize. CareerLAB accepts nominations each year during the Spring Term. 2013 Winner

Congratulations to the winner of the 2013 Pierrepont Prize: Jacques Khalip, Associate Professor of English and Modern Culture and Media. This award recognizes Professor Khalip for his dedicated advising for students on all aspects of their career search, even in fields outside of his department. Moreover, Professor Khalip's passion for teaching and scholarship is an example that students entering any profession should follow.
