Course Description
Introduction to the function and integration of animal systems with an emphasis on mammals. Includes basic concepts in cell and organ system physiology as well as fundamentals of modern trends in physiological science. Emphasizes the application of physical and chemical principles to animal function at both the cellular and systemic levels. Sophomores seeking enrollment in the fall offering must sign-up on the waitlist as of Tuesday, April 23rd, from 2-5pm in Biomed 119. Expected: BIOL 0200 or equivalent.
